		<description>This is good news about the BIG and this Namibian village! Combining the BIG  with ecovillage model and, eventually, land value capture for public finance of infrastructure and the BIG gives an integrated, holistic, and very positive development approach. Note there is an ecovillage training institute for Africa in Dakar, Senegal. Suggesting that two people from this village in Namibia be funded to go through the ecovillage training program.</description>
